Meet Your Host:
With 2 decades behind her in customer facing roles, predominately in the hair industry. Several years ago, Fliss could see how her work life was jeopardising her health and happiness, along with other stresses in life. Fliss has had an intrinsic interest in health and fitness from her early 20’s, when she began going to the gym.
In 2016 Fliss fell in love with yoga whilst training for a marathon, where Fliss went on to complete her yoga teacher training in 2019 and then her meditation and breathwork teacher training in 2022. Since then, Fliss has taught online and in person many places around the world.
Fliss now is making movements in the wellness and retreat industry, where she wishes to embody all that she has learnt to date and bring this to you whilst she continues to evolve herself, personally and professionally.
