1. What is ‘Declutter Your Mind’? It’s a 10 week course, to help you transform your life, designed to help you change your thinking, freeing you from your thoughts and limiting beliefs.
2. Who is this course for? This course is for anyone who is seeking a more meaningful and fulfilling life. Whether you’re at the start of your healing and growth journey or if you are further down the track. It’s for those who are feeling lost and have lack of direction in their life.
3. What results can I expect from the course? You will notice how much more self awareness you have, you will feel more at peace with your inner world, you will see how you end up detaching yourself from life situations and other peoples energy.
4. What will I learn in this course? You will learn to take control of your thoughts, emotions and feelings. You will learn the power of meditation.
5. Do I need any prior experience with meditation? No, you do not need any prior experience. ‘Declutter Your Mind’ has purposefully been built for any human being to start their meditation journey.
6. What makes ‘Declutter Your Mind’ unique? A blend of neuro linguistic programming (NLP) and inspiration taken from Brett Moran and Dr Joe Dispenza. It has also been built off the basses of Fliss’ personal experience on her meditation journey.
7. How long is the course, and how is it structured? ‘Declutter Your Mind’ is a 10 week online course, for the course duration, a new meditation will be released every Sunday.
8. How much time do I need to dedicate each week? Every Sunday your class will be anywhere between 45 mins to 1 hour, and then every day between each new mediation release, about 20 minutes for your meditation practice.
9. When does the course start? ‘Declutter Your Mind’ starts in the first quarter of January, we will keep you posted if you have signed up.
10. How is the course delivered? Through the online membership area at www.yaw.co.com. There will be a live webinar with Fliss to kick off ‘Declutter Your Mind’ the day before the course starts (DTBC) and then a final live webinar to celebrate and congratulate everyone at the end of the 10 weeks.
11. Can I access the content at my own pace? Every Sunday a new meditation will be released. Ideally we recommend keeping up with the course layout to gain the full effects of what ‘Declutter Your Mind’ has to offer you. You will only have access to ‘Declutter Your Mind’ for the 10 weeks initially, and if you wish to gain access to it for longer, there will be an option to do so come the end of the course which will be another fee (to be confirmed).
12. Is there any live component or support? There is no live videos through out this course, how ever you will have access to the course host via What’s App in the lead up and throughout the 10 weeks.
13. What are the different tiers of access, and what do they include? Currently there is only one tier option.
14. How much does the course cost? ‘Declutter Your Mind’ is $369AUD for the full 10 weeks.
15. Are there any discounts or payment plans available? There is no discount for ‘Declutter Your Mind’, however what’s included in the price is 15% off discount code when purchasing your Bodhi Beads (explained in sign up emails).
16.What tools or materials do I need? Comfortable clothes, a quiet uninterrupted space, a journal and any stationary you require. You will also need to purchase a Bodhi Bead necklace, designed for week
17. What if I miss a week or fall behind? You can catch up. Though you will not gain further access to the course after the 10 weeks unless you sign up to further access. - Have 12 month access and then they will renew it 12 months later.
18. Do I need to share my reflections or integrations with anyone? Only if you wish to share via the ‘Declutter Your Mind’ What’s App community group.
19. How will this course help with anxiety, stress, or depression? It’ll help you find clarity, space in your thoughts, it will enable you to control your thinking and not be led by others. Clarity pauses allows you to disassociate from your daily stress in life, gives you clarity to make good decisions and choices, rather than driven on stress and anxiety. This course calms your physical body, lungs, heart and there is a lot of data on how it’s therapeutic for you, it’s been done for thousands of years.
20. What if I don’t feel like I’ve progressed by the end of the course? Not everything is perfect the first time or fits perfectly. That is why we regard change as a lifestyle of choices. For some, they find changes can be instant. For others, it can take time and require additional balancing across other integrated resources, which can include nutritional education, movement or resetting what excites you the most for mind setting, redefining and reframing stress anxiety and, therefore, what is important to you. No two challenges are the same, as every circumstance that brought you here is unique to you. We offer speciality programs that are more tailored for circumstances on a time and materials recovery basis. So don’t hesitate to reach out to discuss some options that might resonate with your circumstances. However, it is helpful to appreciate that we do not promote intangibles. Only you can choose to do what you really want to do, and you are in control and responsible for your outcomes. Our role is to help guide and facilitate the choices you make for you.
